What this site is

This site is an art portfolio: it shows artwork, projects, exhibitions and a résumé. It does not sell artworks or workshops and has no store, online payments, user registration or contact forms. Comments are disabled.

Data we process

The site does not ask visitors for personal data. Only the data you choose to send by email to the address above (for example, your name, your email and the content of your message) is processed, along with the technical data generated while browsing, such as IP address, browser type and date of visit, which remain in the server and content delivery network (Cloudflare) logs for security and operational reasons.

Purpose

The data you send by email is used only to reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and running. It is not used for advertising or to profile visitors, and it is not sold or shared with third parties.

Images of people

The published works show only the artist herself, so there are no third parties whose image requires authorization. If you believe you appear in an image on the site, write to the email address above and the case will be reviewed.

Content from other sites and cookies

Many pages include embedded Vimeo and YouTube videos. When you play them, those services may set cookies and collect data about your browsing, according to their own privacy policies. The site does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress login cookies are only created for whoever signs in to the site administration.

Your rights

Under Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you may access, update and correct your data, request proof of authorization, be informed of how your data has been used, file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (the Colombian data protection authority), revoke your authorization and request deletion of your data when legal principles and guarantees are not respected, or access it free of charge.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] stating your name and what you are requesting. You will receive a reply within the legal deadlines (up to 10 business days for inquiries and 15 for complaints).

Retention

Emails received are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, after that, for as long as legal obligations or the defense of rights require. You may request their deletion at any time.
