Time is money

Banknotes reconstructed from shrapnel discarded by the Banco de la República and shrapnel clock.
2008

The expression time is moneywhich would mark the rhythm of North American capitalist production since the dawn of the industrial era, is taken up again in this work in an ironic way through the action of reconstructing current banknotes, for which it is necessary to dedicate long working days, which evidently will not be compensated by the reconstructed economic denomination; a $10,000 banknote.
